Paul has been the owner and Managing Director of Premier Underwriting Limited since its inception in 1999. Prior to that he held senior underwriting positions at several major insurers. Following the success of Premier Underwriting Limited, Paul went on to conceive and create Premier Insurance Company Limited which started trading in 2009. Premier Insurance Company Limited is a wholly owned insurer, based in Gibraltar and regulated by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC), which writes Personal Lines business. Paul owns 100% of both Premier Underwriting Limited and Premier Insurance Company Limited.

Steve has worked in financial services for over 30 years and from 2004 was the Founder and Managing Director of the outsourced specialist insurance company management firm, Artex Gibraltar (formerly Quest Group in Gibraltar). In addition to this he has held several other insurance company directorships in Gibraltar and Malta throughout that period of time. Steve joined Premier on a full time basis in March 2019 having previously held directorship positions within the Premier Group in Gibraltar since its formation in 2008.

Liz is a Chartered Accountant and has worked in financial services for over 30 years, with the last 15 years being in the insurance industry. She has served as a director of several insurance companies in Gibraltar and joined the Premier Board in March 2019. Liz has been involved with both the financial and risk management oversight of Premier throughout the time that it has traded.

Mike is currently a Non-Executive Director for four insurers having held that role with various companies in the Insurance sector since retiring from KPMG in 1997 and has previously been the chair of the Audit Committee of Scottish Widows. At KPMG he led the development of a strong Actuarial and Management Consultancy team with the major UK banks and Insurance companies as clients. The team also worked with the EU and The World Bank on reformation of insurance industries in Central Europe and North Africa. Prior to KPMG Mike held senior executive positions as an Actuary and Managing Director in UK Insurers.
